CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY)– A man has died after being hit by a car in Chesapeake early Friday morning.
According to police, officers were called to the intersection of Clearfield Ave and Discovery Drive just after midnight for the report of a motor vehicle accident involving a pedestrian. When officers arrived on scene, they located a man who had been struck by a car.
Officers rendered aid until Chesapeake Fire Department medics arrived and transported the man to a local hospital where he later died…
