NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — One person was hurt, and 20 were displaced following an apartment building fire Wednesday morning on 9th Bay Street, according to Norfolk Fire-Rescue.
According to dispatch, crews were called to the 9600 block of 9th Bay Street at about 7:05 a.m. for the report of a fire.
