NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A man has been arrested in connection to the September shooting death of a man in the Villa Heights neighborhood of Norfolk, police said.
Pierre Delaigle, 19, of Virginia Beach, has been charged with second-degree murder and the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony in the shooting death of Montario D. Johnson, 19, of Norfolk, according to police, who say Delaigle faces more charges unrelated to the homicide.

Norfolk Police responded for a report of a gunshot victim around noon Sept. 15 in the 700 block of E. 28th St., and when officers arrived, they found a man suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound, police said.
