Authorities have found and arrested a North Carolina man accused of shooting at a vehicle on an overpass above I-664 last week, then speeding away from officers who tried to pull him over a couple days later.
Suffolk police shared on Friday that Jacob Harris, 18, of Murfreesboro, is being held at the Bertie Correctional Institution and will be extradited to Virginia.
