SMITHFIELD, Va. — The Smithfield Police Department is investigating after they say one person intentionally struck another one with a car in the Taco Bell parking lot Sunday evening.
The victim is an adult male, according to a Smithfield Police Department spokesperson. They said he was “struck by a vehicle operated by another adult during an altercation” at the restaurant, located at 1294 Benns Church Boulevard.
