PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Units with the Virginia Beach Fire Department responded to reports of a residential fire in the 700 block of Hilltop Road today.
Upon arrival, crews reported seeing heavy smoke and flames coming from the front of the single-story residence.
