VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — A multi-vehicle crash on I-264 near Newtown Road in Virginia Beach caused delays Monday morning.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation, the east inside left shoulder, left lane, right center lane, right lane, right shoulder and all west inside lanes were closed.
