SUFFOLK/NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) — Northbound traffic on I-664 is stopped on the Monitor Merrimac Memorial Bridge-Tunnel Monday morning as of 11:18 a.m.
All lanes of travel in both directions were closed for a while, with the southbound lanes reopening. As of 12:45 p.m. the northbound lanes remain closed.
