VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – A 26-year-old man was sentenced to 37 years in prison Tuesday after he was found guilty of first-degree murder, use of a firearm, and carrying concealed weapon in the 2021 homicide of his co-worker, according to the Virginia Beach Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney.
Evidence from the CA’s Office proved that on Feb. 5, 2021, Treshaun Lamont Snipes approached his co-worker, Keyon Turner, at Turner’s home and shot him multiple times. Ring doorbell footage showed him running away from the scene.
Friends of Snipes identified him after they were shown footage by investigators, leading police to visit Snipes at his job. Officers determined he had a gun on him, which matched the shell casings at the scene of the incident after forensic analysis, says the VB CA…
