NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — An undetermined death investigation is underway after a man was found dead inside a residence Wednesday evening, according to the Norfolk Police Department.
Officials say officers responded to a home in the 100 block of West Balview Avenue around 5:55 p.m. on Dec. 3 to assist fire personnel.
