UPDATE:Shimell Woodard has been found safe and is being seen by medical personnel, according to the York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office.
WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (WAVY) — Virginia State Police have issued a senior alert for a missing 61-year-old woman, who has early onset dementia.
According to the sheriff’s office, Shimell Woodard was last seen Monday night at Grande Oak Senior Housing (6306 Old Mooretown Road) wearing a red t-shirt, jeans and white boots.
Woodard is 5’4 and weighs about 180 pounds. Her hair is gray with braids and she has brown eyes…
