NEWPORT NEWS, Va. — Happy Smoke on Jefferson Avenue in Newport News went from being open 24 hours a day to shut down by police.
That’s after authorities say they busted it, along with A-Z Smokehouse on Jefferson Avenue and EZ Smoke Tobacco and Vape on Warwick Boulevard, for selling marijuana, mushrooms, and edibles.
