PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — The cause of a house fire is under investigation on South Street in Portsmouth.
On Dec. 15, units from Portsmouth Fire Rescue and Emergency Services and Chesapeake Fire Department responded to the 4400 block of South Street for a report of a residential structure fire at approximately 10:40 p.m.
