VIRGINIA BEACH — Petty Officer 1st Class James Seroski, a native of Vero Beach, serves among the Navy’s quiet professionals assigned to Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Group 2, bringing precision and lethality wherever the Navy needs it.
