NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) — Crews with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) are scheduled to lift the long-term lane reduction on I-64 westbound near J. Clyde Morris Boulevard in Newport News. Eastbound lanes will remain under construction for another month.
In order to implement the lift, the I-64 west on-ramp from northbound J. Clyde Morris Boulevard will be closed overnight, Saturday from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. the following morning, with a signed detour in place.
