NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Norfolk police responded around 1:25 p.m. Wednesday to the 5900 block of International Airport Road for a report of a water rescue.
Officers found an unresponsive individual in the water. The incident is being investigated as an undetermined death, according to police.
