SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — As the Capital Improvement Project nears completion, the posted speed limit on Holland Road in Suffolk is set to increase Friday.
According to the Department of Public Works, the speed limit will rise from 35 miles per hour to 45 miles per hour. It was temporarily reduced during construction to ensure the safety of motorists, construction crews and nearby residents.
