Widowmaker heart attack survivor talks warning signs

HAMPTON ROADS, Va. (WAVY) — Having experienced a widowmaker, a severe form of a heart attack, Charlene Grabowski has been on a mission ever since to help women understand the warning signs of a heart attack.

The American Heart Association held a luncheon to thank those who have helped get the word out to Hampton Roads about heart health for women, and in attendance was Grabowski who, in 2013, suffered a widowmaker heart attack.
