VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – Three Kellam High School students’ suspension records for racial harassment and bullying have been cleared.
Last summer, the families of three Kellam High School students filed a $10 million lawsuit against the school’s principal after he sent an email to the entire student body claiming multiple students engaged in “racist harassment” of another student.
