VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Motorists on I-264 near Independence Boulevard in Virginia Beach had delays this evening due to a vehicle crash at mile marker 16.4, according to VDOT.
The westbound left shoulder, left lane, left-center lane, and right-center lane are reopened.
