SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Suffolk Transit announced a Route Naming Contest, inviting community members to submit names for two new regional routes connecting Suffolk to Windsor and Portsmouth.
The contest is open to residents of Suffolk, Isle of Wight and Portsmouth. Individuals, families, community groups, and local businesses can participate by submitting name suggestions that embody the character, heritage, or geography of each route.
