NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Allyson Renee Lyons pleaded guilty in November to malicious wounding and domestic assault for attacking her boyfriend earlier in the year, resulting in a serious cut to his neck.
According to prosecutors, this is the second time Lyons has been convicted of cutting a boyfriend’s neck.
The most recent attack occurred on Jan. 9, 2025. Lyons, now 38, struck her boyfriend on the shoulder and slashed his neck, cutting his carotid artery. The assault was captured by security cameras at a nearby business, which showed no provocation from the victim before being attacked…
