NORFOLK, Va. — Callahan Kessler was denied bond today by a judge at the Norfolk Circuit Court on counts of four felony charges. The charges come from Kessler’s actions in May 2024, but documents obtained by 13NewsNow said police didn’t make an arrest until May of the following year.
According to documents obtained by 13News Now, he is accused of assaulting a member of his family.
