A Virginia man is facing multiple felony drug charges following an arrest in Jacksonville, according to online court records.
Court documents show Andre Willis, 66, of Suffolk, Virginia, was arrested by the Jacksonville Police Department on Tuesday, Jan. 27.
Willis is charged with felony manufacture of cocaine, felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver cocaine, felony maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for a controlled substance, two counts of felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a Schedule II controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia…
