A second teen who disappeared from a behavioral health facility in Virginia has been found safe.

The Portsmouth Police Department (PPD) announced on Friday, Jan. 31, that 12-year-old Forever Scott “has been located and is safe,” according to a media release obtained by PEOPLE.

Due to her age, the PPD previously said Scott had been “classified as endangered.”…
