VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) announced layoffs Tuesday which impacted roughly 8.4% of its U.S.-based employees.
In a statement, the Virginia Beach-based organization revealed it implemented a workforce realignment affecting approximately 3.7% of its global workforce, including about 8.4% of U.S.-based employees. The reduction impacts about three dozen local employees. CBN added the changes did not include Operation Blessing.
