CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — A two-vehicle crash occurred Monday evening in Chesapeake.
10 On Your Side learned about the incident, which happened in the 900 block of Oldwood Street, at approximately 9:45 p.m. Photos taken by WAVY Photojournalist Blake Smith show excessive damage to both cars.
