CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — Del. Nadarius Clark is on the road to recovery following a medical emergency in Richmond, which resulted in him being taken to the Virginia Commonwealth University Center.
In a statement issued by his office, Clark provided an update on his condition.
