Virginia Beach City Council approves stricter curfew for minors

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — The Virginia Beach City Council approved a stricter city curfew for unaccompanied minors Tuesday, moving the time from 11 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Under the code, minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to be in any public place, whether public or private property, between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m.
