NORFOLK, Va. — Norfolk police have charged three individuals following a shooting on Hunter Street on Tuesday evening that left a 24-year-old man injured.
Officers responded to the 1600 block of Hunter Street around 5 p.m. for a report of a gunshot victim. When they arrived, the man was found suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound and was taken to a local hospital.
As a result of the investigation, detectives charged Reginald D. Buggs, 23, with attempted malicious wounding and use of a firearm; Antoine Gray, 22, with attempted malicious wounding and use of a firearm; and Keshawn R.
