VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – A driver was hospitalized following a single-vehicle crash Saturday afternoon in the 2900 block of Head River Road, according to Virginia Beach Police.
Emergency Communications and Citizens Services received the initial report of the crash just after noon. Virginia Beach Police Department officers and first responders arrived at the scene and located the driver. First responders transported the driver to an area hospital with injuries determined to be non life-threatening.
There is no word at this time what caused the driver to crash.
