VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY)– A man faces charges after police found several drugs and a firearm in Virginia Beach on February 20.
According to police, officers with the First Precinct Crime Suppression Squad (CSS) executed a search warrant in the 700 block of Seahawk Circle after it was suspected that an illegal marijuana distribution business was operating at that location.
Police recovered approximately eleven pounds of marijuana, five ounces of psilocybin mushrooms, THC gummy products, and a large quantity of THC wax. Police also recovered a firearm.
As a result, 39-year-old Timothy Bruce Reagan Jr. of Virginia Beach was taken into custody. He faces the following charges:
- Possession with intent to distribute a Schedule I/II controlled substance
- Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute
- Possession of a firearm while in possession of controlled substances
