NORFOLK, Va. — Norfolk police are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing woman with dementia.
Police said 51-year-old Lashonda Harp was last seen at around 10:40 a.m. on Tuesday morning. She was last seen near Sentara Leigh Hospital, which is located at 830 Kempsville Road in Norfolk.
Police described Harp as being about 5’8″ and 300 lbs. with long, black braided hair and brown eyes. She may be wearing a blue hospital gown, blue jeans, a grey jacket, and black Crocs…
