Navy parts manufacturer announces $10.5 million investment in Portsmouth

PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Radian Forge will invest $10.5 million to expand its manufacturing operations in Portsmouth, creating 53 jobs to support U.S. Navy production needs, Gov. Abigail Spanberger announced on Wednesday.

The company produces large-scale, precision-grade maritime components using a metal 3D-printing process that deposits welding wire layer by layer to create complex parts for defense and maritime applications.
