U.S. Marshals increase reward for information leading to Hampton homicide suspect’s capture

HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY)– The U.S. Marshals Service Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force (USMS) has increased the reward for information leading to the capture of a 2025 homicide suspect.

Curtis Frazier Jr. is wanted in connection to a fatal shooting that occurred in the parking lot of Karma Restaurant & Lounge in Hampton on April 11, 2025. Police were called to that shooting around 1:30 a.m., where they found 25-year-old DeAngelo Osborne suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital where he later died.

USMS originally offered a reward of $3,000 for information leading to Frazier’s capture but recently announced the reward has increased to $5,000.

Officials say Frazier is considered armed and dangerous. He is 5’6 and weighs around 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes…
