There was a heavy police presence on Thursday night around 9:30 p.m. at the Columbus Street and Kellam Road intersection, near the Wegman’s on Virginia Beach Boulevard.
Virginia Beach police say they responded to the 4800 block of Columbus Street after receiving a report of a gunshot wound.
Police are investigating the case, but said it is an isolated incident and there is no threat to public safety…
