A multi-vehicle accident on I-64 in Norfolk near Tidewater Drive has closed all eastbound lanes, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.
The crash happened just before 8 p.m. Traffic is backed up two miles. There is a detour set up on Tidewater Drive at Exit 277A.
