CHESAPEAKE, Va. — A woman has been charged with felony involuntary manslaughter in connection with a fatal crash that killed a pedestrian at a Chesapeake gas station last year, police say.
According to the Chesapeake Police Department, Kimberly M. Horton has been charged with felony involuntary manslaughter – under the influence (vehicular) and has been taken into custody in connection with the crash that killed 56-year-old David Frank Wade.
