PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — The trash dumpster nightmare began for Juggernauts Junk Removal when they were hired by property management at Beacon 303 at Olde Town in Portsmouth.
“We came out here and it was horrendous, terrifying,” said Melynda Tilley, owner and operator of Juggernauts Junk Removal, describing the massive mess she found at Beacon 303 Dec. 5. That’s before her company returned Dec. 19 and found it to be even worse.

“It was the worst thing I’ve ever seen as far as a rental dumpster site,” Tilley said. “You couldn’t even access the three dumpsters. You would have to climb over the trash to get to the dumpsters.”
