VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY)– A man has been arrested following an assault in Virginia Beach Saturday morning.
According to police, officers were called to the 500 block of Winston Salem Avenue at 7:45 a.m. for the report of an assault. As a result, police arrested 47-year-old Glenn E. Cerrato.
Cerrato faces the following charges:
- Simple assault
- Trespassing
- Strangulation
Police say this case remains under investigation…
