NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY)– A man faces several charges following a pursuit in Norfolk Monday morning.
Just before 1 a.m., officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop in the 3300 block of Sewells Point Road on a silver Honda for multiple roadway violations. When officers activated their lights and sirens, the driver of the Honda did not stop and entered I-64 near Norview Avenue.
During the pursuit, officers observed the driver of the car shoot a firearm which struck the marked patrol vehicle…
