NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY)– A homicide investigation is underway following a shooting in Norfolk Tuesday night.
Officers were initially called to the 3300 block of Kimball Terrace at 10:30 p.m. for a wellness check. When they arrived on scene, they found a man suffering from a single gunshot wound.
Medics pronounced him dead at the scene.
