NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – The public is invited to a Celebration of Life for Lt. Col. Brandon Shah, who was killed in an on-campus shooting at Old Dominion University (ODU) on Thursday, March 12.
ODU is hosting the event at the Chartway Arena, 4320 Hampton Blvd., on Sunday, March 22 at 1 p.m. Doors will open at noon.
