NEWPORT NEWS, Va. — Newport News police are investigating a shooting that left a woman injured on Sunday afternoon.
The shooting in the 900 block of Forest Lake Court was reported to police at 4:37 p.m., police said. They responded and found a woman in the parking lot suffering from a gunshot wound.
