PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Mourners dropped by Portsmouth’s Presidential Funeral Services Saturday evening to pay their respects to Lt. Col. Brandon Shah. The public viewing was held for the Army ROTC instructor who was shot and killed in the March 12 terror attack in Old Dominion University’s Constant Hall.
Family, friends, and those who wished to pay respects joined to honor the man they say has left a lasting impact on his community.
