PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – The Portsmouth Police Department’s Fugitive Apprehension Unit is searching for a 46-year-old man wanted on multiple felony warrants who fled from detectives on Friday, March 20.
The Portsmouth Police Department alerted the public on Monday, March 23, that Shane Cullen is currently at large after crashing a vehicle to evade arrest.
