A 19-year-old man is the last suspect arrested in connection with the shooting that hurt six people at Oceanfront earlier this month, Virginia Beach police said.
Ba’Shaun C. Williams of Norfolk was arrested on Tuesday and charged with one count attempted robbery, one count conspiracy to commit robbery, five counts of aggravated malicious wounding, one count of malicious wounding, eight counts of using a firearm in the commission of a felony, one count of attempted malicious wounding and six counts of felony reckless handling of a firearm, according to VBPD.
