VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Virginia Beach is looking for some help with their foster care program — but you won’t be looking after dogs or children.
Instead, you’ll be looking after adults. It’s a different kind of foster care program, but nonetheless beneficial and fulfilling for both the adults and the family. Bridget Harvey is in the city’s adult foster care program and appreciates what it does for her.
