PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY)– A death investigation is underway in Portsmouth, police say.
According to dispatch, officers were called to the 1100 block of Portsmouth Boulevard just after 3 a.m. for the report of an incident. Portsmouth police later confirmed they are conducting a death investigation.
Police confirmed the victim was a woman.
