VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY)– The Virginia Department of Health is seeking the assistance of the public in identifying a man whose remains were found in Virginia Beach.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner is investigating the case and say the remains were found on March 28, 2015. Officials believe the man was between 40-65 years-old and between 5’2-5’7.
According to the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs), the skeletal remains were found in creek bed/ drainage area. They believe the interval between death and discovery is 12 to 18 months.
